Deep niching might be what your brand is missing

Today's episode is another goodie and is all about deep niching. This goes beyond the usual sort of niching, because to be completely honest with you, I'm not about niching in the sort of traditional way. Especially for service based businesses, I don't think niching in terms of  “oh, I work with X Industry”, or “I work with women”, are useful. I think we can definitely use elements of these in our overall niching strategy, but I don't think we should be niching this way.
