Design is so much more than a pretty face. It’s a culmination of stunning visuals, research-backed strategy and honest storytelling. Through years of experience at boutique creative agencies, solutions-based design studios, and in my own businesses, I’ve honed my craft and created a signature holistic design process that results in considered, memorable brands time and time again. As a full-service studio, Haven goes beyond the brand identity, focusing on offering a complete brand experience. From branding, to websites, to copywriting - Haven Studio crafts brands from start to finish, resulting in a brand that’s consistent, cohesive, and feels like it was meant to be.

From start to finish, transparency is key - from both sides! We’ll always be totally honest with you about pricing, deliverables and timelines - but we’ll also be transparent when it comes to creative ideas. If something isn’t going to work, we’ll let you know - and we’ll always explain why!
We value creativity in all its forms. For any designs we show you, we’ll always chat through our creative work so you know how we got from start to finish. We also value your creative input as a key part of our design process.

How it works

01 / Apply

Keen to work together? Fill in the client application form on the website and I’ll be in touch with you within 24 hours with the next steps!

02 / Meet & greet

If your application meets our guidelines, you’ll be invited to a casual discovery call. This is where we can meet face-to-face, say hey and chat about your project!

03 / Book in

After our call, I’ll send you a custom proposal with options that suit your needs and budget. If you’re ready to book in, you can do so straight from the proposal. You just need to sign your contract and pay your deposit. Then you’re all booked into the Haven calendar!

04 / Project kick-off

Once you’re booked in, you’ll be sent a studio welcome kit and access to your private client portal, where you’ll find some project prep work to complete before we get started. You’ll also be able to book in our first call through your portal, which is when our project officially kicks off!

Hey there! I’m Alex, the owner of Haven Studio - and I’m here to elevate your incredible business and help you thrive as a female entrepreneur. I’ve been in the industry as a designer and copywriter since 2017, but I always had that unshakeable urge to do something bigger and better. I craved freedom and the ability to work with the exact kind of clients I felt called to serve - driven female biz owners, just like yourself. After I had my life turned upside down in early 2021, I decided to take the leap and follow my dreams - and wow, am I glad I did. Now, I get to merge my passions of strategy, storytelling and design to handcraft brands for inspirational businesses that are ready to make their mark.
